auto is a busy adult irl and has very little interest in investigating toddler drama. it is simply not possible to easily verify any of the claims being made and banning anyone would not amount to much given the way the site is designed, with no need to even register an account to use the site.

it is actually not that easy at all to prove someone is actually a groomer or not because there is also no way to verify people's ages officially. there are tons of kids pretending to be adults and also adults pretending to be kids, so it gets messy very fast. it becomes a matter of the word of a user VS the word of another user, and that is incredibly unreliable.
auto is a grown man and just one individual, he is not going to spend his free time combing through hundreds of reports and investigating them to determine which ones are legit or not, with very low quality evidence, to ban users, who will then just use VPNs to evade immediately in rooms that allow them. you cannot really make a site like this properly safe without restricting freedom and changing its inherent anonymous nature.
