Yaoif0x_13: Got mine only last year, if you see a lot of clear stuff next time, it might be getting closer, and always have some pain relief pills if cramps are really bad, and bring pads and stuff with you in a small bag :p (having food with protein and a lot of vitamins helps when I’m on mine too)
