ItzOwamiaa: I think it’s bots. Tbh. Cuz changing accounts changes time but the downvotes? I have observed, they come within a second. Now I think the bots is created by a user here who had targeted some specific people. Cause I saw that when someone comments on my post it gets the mass downvotes.
