I know just reminding yourself that"flockmod is a crime hole" won't help at all because of the torture you were forced to endure, but know that the painful lies and attacks to you should mean nothing compared to the love you have for your husband. Taking care of yourself is priority 1, taking and break or escaping is entirely a valid choice, maybe move on to drawpile or magma if possible, or just go do what you want to do, in your own safe place, with those that matter to you more than a bunch of sick goblins running a horde of disconsent against your soul with unfair, unjustified images.
