Chahi cannot regenerate limbs etc bc they are kinda decaying but very very very slowly, but getting hurt is rare bc X-Pointers are considering unstoppable. Either way they'd have to wait for their nerves and tissues to reconnect which takes hours or go to/wait for E of The Present to repair them.
