SomeSoul: If your reason for believing that they are a bit is the question mark and / or their VPN symbol, let me tell you that these signs might not mean what you think.

As I said before, the thing behind the question mark is a symbol for VPN. Which just means that the user is using a program to make their IP seem like they are from another place than the pace that they are actually at.

But the actual place the user makes themselves to be at through VPN couldn't be identified by FMS program, which is fairly common and often disappears when the person whose location couldn't be identified rejoins.

This all being said, it would be VERY kind of you to not reveal ppls ips even when uncompleted, being a VPN and being encrypted though fm.
