Gemotron: The floppy disk (Save) icon when you save pictures automatically posts the image, I suggest changing settings in the cog icon to check marking the advanced save so you can just save your art only, and not the whole board.

Both icons are on the bottom left side of the board. Next to the 123456789 brush presets.
