Haugkall: Zeth this is nice, you are a great shader which does go a long way. But only cartoon folk are impressed by shiny bubblegum stuff out of photoshop. If you work more on the underlying forms, anatomy, perspective you could become even greater. But there is a market for this kind of stuff too, it's just terribly saturated and got a bad rep. I'd ditch the shading all together and only do sketches, means you wouldn't be satisfied or distracted by the shinyness. But overall nice work.
