minucat: "The Futakuchi Onna, also known as "The Two Mouthed Woman", is a monster/ghost on Japanese folk lore. The original story of the Futakuchi Onna talks about a young lady that wasn't happy with her body silhouette, even if she was very pretty, who decided to starve herself to loose weight. As a consequence of that, a second, monstrous mouth on the back of her head was form, called Futakuchi Onna. That second mouth needed the double of food than a normal person eats, and, as the time passed, it started to create hands or tentacles made by the lady's hair, so it could eat by itself. Eventually, the second mouth gained a mind by it's own, so the lady couldn't control it anymore, as that horrid mutation devoured anything that it saw, even starting to devour other humans. This story was made to warn girls about not starving their selves to loose weight, or a Futakuchi Onna will appear on their heads too." - helpful comment
